Chargeback & Refund Policy – Terms & Condition

At Royal Furniture India, we strive to provide the highest quality handmade and customized Home décor furniture to our customers. We value your feedback and aim to resolve any issues promptly. Please review our Chargeback and Refund Policy carefully.
  1. Positive Feedback and Chargeback/Refund Claims
  • No claims for Credit Card Chargeback or Refund will be entertained once we receive positive feedback from our customers.
  • As a company, we strive hard to receive positive feedback from our customers. If there is no reply from the customer within 10 days of delivery of the product, we shall consider it as positive feedback.
  1. Reporting Discrepancies
  • In case of any discrepancy in the product, the customer must inform us within 10 days of the delivery via email.
  • We understand that our products are handmade and customized, so sometimes the customer may not like them. This shall not be counted as a manufacturing defect as the product was made to order.
  • We will try to resolve the issue with the customer and will do our best to keep the customer happy.
  1. Returns Due to Customer Preference
  • If, despite all our efforts, the customer wishes to return the product on the grounds that they do not like it, then 30% of the cost will be retained as Dead Stock charges and the balance will be refunded after we receive the product back in new condition with all original packing.
  • The return shipping charges must be paid by the customer.
  • The return must be made within 15 days of receiving the product. If the product is not delivered back to us under any circumstances, then the refund will be revoked.
  • Our return address is already mentioned on the shipping label you must have received with the product.
  1. Chargeback Cases
  • If a customer raises a chargeback case with their credit card company, we will try to resolve the case. However, if the customer does not respond to our emails and calls post filing a chargeback case, it is deemed that they are trying to get the money back while keeping the product (which might not have any issue, as they are not willing to communicate).
  • In such cases, we shall not approve any chargeback. As stated above, we can only approve the chargeback after we receive our product back.
